Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Classify client requirements and facilitate communication regarding project specifications and design reviews with both internal and external design teams for Air Abatement Systems (AAS), including process exhaust ducts, scrubbers for waste air treatment, and chemical dosing systems. Execute the defined scope of work and clarify specifications with all stakeholders. Assist the procurement team in acquiring AAS equipment and materials and support contractor selection processes. Interpret isometric, P&ID, and CAD drawings specifically related to AAS. Oversee the installation of AAS systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications. Inspect ongoing work to guarantee that workmanship meets established standards and timelines. Review progress reports, material usage, costs, and contract payment applications, adjusting work schedules as needed. Address RFIs (Requests for Information) and manage change orders. Provide regular reports—daily, weekly, and monthly—for both internal purposes and client communication. Identify and resolve issues proactively. Manage scheduling and ensure execution aligns with project timelines. Review and understand technical drawings and specifications for accurate estimations. Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
