About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Manager of Merchant Strategy & Operations focused on Merchant Growth & Profitability to shape and implement DoorDash’s product adoption strategy. In this influential role, you will create a merchant-centric approach to Sales and Product GTM, aligning with merchant objectives. You will leverage deep customer understanding combined with analytical skills to derive insights, minimize friction, and enhance the merchant adoption experience in collaboration with our Sales and Product teams. Success in this position demands strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to create significant impact across product, engineering, sales, and operations.
What You Will Do
- Develop Essential Tools: Create the critical resources that empower our merchants to leverage DoorDash products for business growth.
- Transform Merchant Experience: Enhance our merchants’ interactions with DoorDash by optimizing communication across Sales, Product, and Marketing.
- Strategize for Success: Build an optimal strategy from the ground up to best serve our customers and create scalable playbooks.
- Data Analysis: Evaluate the operational and financial implications of your decisions and adapt based on data insights.
- Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with a diverse team encompassing sales, marketing, design, product, engineering, analytics, and operations to enhance the merchant experience.
