The Associate Mechanical Engineer - Fall 2026 Program is a twelve-week, salaried role based in San Francisco. This program is designed for candidates who have completed or will complete their bachelor’s degree before joining. The position offers the chance to work on projects that match the complexity and impact of those assigned to full-time engineers.
Role overview
- Work alongside the engineering team to design, build, and test satellite hardware or software.
What you will do
Associate Engineers at Astranis contribute directly to challenging engineering projects. Past participants have designed and tested hardware or software for the company’s first satellite. Many have continued on to full-time roles. This program emphasizes hands-on experience and meaningful project ownership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or expected before the program start date
