Role Overview
The Associate in Operational Controls works closely with the Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting to assist in the creation, implementation, and management of our operational control framework. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with regulations such as Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), Model Audit Rule (MAR), and System & Organization Controls (SOC). You will be responsible for documenting operational processes, assessing and monitoring the effectiveness of controls, and suggesting improvements to our Operations team.
You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Operational Controls.
Work Location: This position is based in our Tempe, Arizona office, with a hybrid work model requiring three days in the office each week. Thursdays are designated for team meetings and events, while the remaining two in-office days can be flexible according to your schedule. #LI-Hybrid
Compensation Transparency:
The salary range for this role is: $91,659 - $120,303 annually. Additionally, you will have access to our employee benefits package, an unlimited vacation program, and eligibility for annual performance bonuses.
