Role Overview

The Associate Operations Manager, Service Operations - Labs, leads a team of both seasoned and new technicians in the Phoenix market. The main goal is to maximize operational uptime and support fleet utilization targets. This role requires a consistent onsite presence in Phoenix.

What You Will Do

Foster a safety-focused culture within the Service Operations team.
Lead, mentor, and develop technicians to achieve high operational uptime.
Work with Service Engineering to identify tooling and jig needs for new technology deployments in the field.
Monitor technician productivity and adjust resources to optimize utilization.
Ensure adherence to Service Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including local management of Work Orders and Parts.
Support the growth and career advancement of Service Technicians within DoorDash Labs.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), addressing any performance gaps.
Maintain responsibility for the uptime of all tools and equipment used by Service Operations.

Some night or weekend work may be needed to support and oversee the team.
