Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Associate Product Manager to join our Telco Services team. This role entails managing and enhancing core telecom offerings such as Web Portals, IVR, USSD, SMS, Pre-call Services, Merchant IVR, and M2M IVR Portals. Additionally, the candidate will drive partner and marketplace integrations on Digital Super Apps, Self-care Apps, and Marketplace Apps. The ideal applicant should possess prior hands-on experience in service delivery platforms, integration projects, and digital service ecosystems including OTT, gaming, and content billing.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with business teams and partners to capture and refine requirements for telecom and VAS services.
- Convert business needs into comprehensive functional and technical specifications.
2) Service Delivery & Operations
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of assigned telecom services (IVR, USSD, SMS, Pre-call, Merchant IVR, M2M IVR).
- Monitor performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
- Lead incident analysis, root cause identification, and resolution of operational issues.
3) Partner & Vendor Integrations
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors for onboarding and integration on Service Delivery Platforms (SDP).
- Manage Marketplace Vendor Integrations for digital services (OTT, gaming, content providers).
- Support Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) projects, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
