Joining our Southampton Team means collaborating with passionate individuals dedicated to innovation and delivering state-of-the-art solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a Director to efficiently manage and deliver consultancy services across various capital projects throughout Southern England.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial business case development and cost estimation to procurement, site delivery, commissioning, and operation.
  • Lead Cost Management commissions, ensuring their successful completion.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Senior Cost Managers, Cost Managers, Graduates, and Apprentices.
  • Ensure commissions are executed efficiently, on time, and to the satisfaction of clients.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and project team members.
  • Act as the primary liaison with AECOM's clients, both new and existing.
  • Ensure that all team members under your supervision receive relevant and current training.
  • Oversee the delivery of cost management outputs, adhering to set timelines and quality standards.
  • Motivate and manage a team of surveyors.

Success in this role demands flexibility, creativity, excellent presentation skills, and effective communication with clients and consultants. You will be responsible for delivering Cost Management Services within our client-focused and highly motivated professional team.
