Positioned at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Engineering, this team is tasked with converting Rox's technical capabilities into tangible value for our customers.Joining us means you will be part of the foundational team in Austin, working closely with a new Solutions Engineering leader and three experienced SEs from San Francisco. You will help establish scalable practices for this function in Austin. The methodologies you implement—ranging from demos to integration and sales—will serve as the blueprint for future growth across the company.About the RoleThis is a founding-level Solutions Engineer position for an individual who is technically proficient, deeply customer-focused, and passionate about enhancing the sales engineering process.You will engage directly with real deals: conducting technical discovery, designing integrations, and leading demonstrations that illustrate precisely how Rox fits within customer environments.
