Main Responsibilities:Generate qualified meetings for the Sales team that lead to pipeline opportunities. Meet and exceed key sales growth metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis. Demonstrate the ability to meet or surpass your goals while maintaining consistent performance. Conduct research on companies as part of lead generation and qualification using various online tools and resources. Develop skills to effectively navigate through organizational structures to gather necessary information. Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with Sales and Marketing teams to achieve regional targets. Take advantage of all opportunities to learn and grow within the sales process.

As an Associate Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in filling our sales pipeline by identifying and nurturing new sales leads for our sales organization. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing, contacting, educating, and qualifying new prospects through phone and email outreach to create viable sales opportunities. You will also collaborate with inbound marketing leads to qualify and arrange initial discovery calls for the sales team within designated territories.
