Qualifications
Job Responsibilities:Conduct molecular biology experiments to support internal R&D projects. Perform molecular cloning, large-scale plasmid preparations, and plasmid quality control to facilitate DNA production workflows. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and deadlines. Analyze experimental data, document outcomes, and maintain thorough records in compliance with company protocols. Troubleshoot production protocol issues and recommend effective solutions. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow productivity and product quality. Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field. Experience with molecular cloning and plasmid preparations is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. A passion for research and innovation in biotechnology.
