Key Responsibilities:Own Delivery Execution: Support the setup of templates, workflows, and rules in line with established design patterns. Translate customer requirements into functional system configurations while proactively identifying and communicating any blockers to your lead. Documentation & Logic Mapping: Create design documentation, workflow diagrams, and configuration notes, ensuring all 'as-built' documents are accurate and reflective of the final state of the customer environment. Customer Support & Shadowing: Co-facilitate discovery sessions and working meetings to capture requirements and action items, and prepare presentation materials and platform demonstrations for client meetings. Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting: Implement disciplined QA practices and UAT scripts, validate configurations against requirements, and conduct initial troubleshooting for configuration issues. Internal Growth & Partnership: Collaborate with project teams and other business units to improve engagement and delivery processes.

Role Overview: Associate Solutions Engineer

The Associate Solutions Engineer (ASE) plays a hands-on role in delivering projects for Authorium’s clients. This position involves leading the execution of delivery tasks for important customer initiatives. The ASE participates in discovery sessions, translates design requirements, configures solutions for clients, and maintains detailed documentation of system decisions. Accuracy, clear communication, and meeting project deadlines are essential in this role.
