About The Role
As an Associate Solutions Engineer focusing on Integrations, you will provide vital technical and pre-sales support to the Solutions Consultant and the Sales team. This role involves hands-on coding, making adjustments, offering technical support to integrators, and enhancing the overall developer experience with our APIs.
Your responsibilities will include bridging the technical aspects of our products with the sales process, ensuring that our sales representatives are well-equipped to meet customer needs and inquiries by supporting the technical requirements of new integrating partners and merchants.
What You'll Do
- Deliver technical solutions, product demonstrations, and presentations to both potential and existing clients.
- Provide technical assistance to integrators, enhancing the onboarding and self-service experience for developers.
- Respond to technical queries from Sales teams, clients, and partners, ensuring clear and precise communication.
- Keep abreast of product features, benefits, technical specifications, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to the Engineering and Product teams to drive product enhancements.
- Prepare and update technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues to ensure successful integration of products and services.
- Train Sales teams on new features, products, and technical concepts.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Requirements
Who We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in software engineering and integrations, particularly in Vue and Node.js.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficient in identifying and resolving technical issues while providing effective solutions to client inquiries.
- Adept at building rapport with clients, understanding their requirements, and delivering exceptional service.
