Your Role
As the Team Lead for our Data Operations division, you will oversee a remote team of over 50 freelancers engaged in rule-based web research. Your responsibilities will include designing business processes, implementing process enhancements, and driving technological advancements.
You will manage these business processes and facilitate their execution by eliminating obstacles for your team members, all while focusing on improving efficiency and minimizing defects. In your role as a first-line manager and servant leader, you will deliver operational metrics and results while keeping your team motivated and engaged.
