In this pivotal role, you will specialize in Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Confluence, and other related tools, operating across both Data Center and Cloud platforms. Your efforts will be instrumental in a significant enterprise initiative aimed at consolidating systems and transitioning from self-hosted applications to the cloud.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and optimize environments on both self-hosted and cloud platforms.
Manage the migration of self-hosted Atlassian instances to the cloud.
Develop custom project templates, workflows, and reporting solutions tailored to client needs.
Integrate Atlassian tools with various external systems and platforms.
Provide post-migration support, including troubleshooting and necessary adjustments.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Document workflows, processes, and steps involved in the migration process.
Ensure adherence to data privacy and security standards.
