We are seeking a dedicated Audio Visual Technician to join our dynamic team at Alpha Technologies Inc. This role requires a flexible schedule, as you will need to start early and stay late for various events. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in audio-visual systems and have the ability to operate VTC and AV equipment effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate VTC and AV equipment efficiently.
- Initiate point-to-point VTC calls, both in-room and remotely.
- Ensure successful customer experiences utilizing all on-site conferencing facilities.
- Oversee all in-room operations and provide presentation assistance.
- Coordinate furniture layouts according to client specifications.
- Deliver and set up audio-visual equipment, ensuring everything is in working order.
- Conduct room checks to maintain high standards in conferencing facilities.
- Perform minor equipment repairs and coordinate major repairs as needed.
- Train clients on basic AV equipment and controls.
- Assist technical support teams with troubleshooting and ticket management.
- Gather feedback and provide analysis to enhance daily operations.
- Maintain high-quality customer service and assist with conflict resolution.
- Organize and maintain equipment storage and inventory records.
- Ensure accurate documentation of VC and AV requests.
- Manage assigned room schedules and perform additional duties as required.
