Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development of capabilities in visual-language-action (VLA) large models for automated driving, exploring end-to-end learning paradigms that unify perception, cognition, and decision-making. Breakthrough critical technologies for understanding complex traffic environments and generating safe driving behaviors.
2. Drive technological innovation in world models and generative AI, establishing a multimodal data generation and strategy learning framework for automated driving. Achieve a closed-loop learning capability from simulation to real-world applications, continually enhancing the intelligence and adaptability of our automated driving systems through large-scale training and rapid iteration.
