We are seeking an Automation Engineer who excels at the crossroads of data, process, and automation. Your mission will be to streamline and automate internal processes across all departments, including operations, project management, human resources, sales, and marketing.

About the Position
This freelance role offers you the flexibility to determine your own schedule and workload each week. Expect to engage in several months of full-time work, with the potential for a full-time position for the right candidate after an initial three-month period.
You will collaborate closely with our CEO and various departments to dismantle information silos and harness the terabytes of data we possess. We seek a candidate who thinks systemically rather than focusing on individual workflows, creating solutions that drive results, and finding smarter, quicker, and more reliable methods of operation.
Your Responsibilities:
Engage with departments such as Sales, HR, Operations, and Project Management to comprehend their processes and integrate them with intelligent automations.
Conceive, design, implement, and maintain automated workflows.
Proactively propose and implement new automation initiatives and process enhancements without waiting for directives.
Participate in internal discovery sessions with stakeholders to pinpoint challenges and establish success criteria for automation.
