Your Role

We are in search of vigilant and detail-focused drivers to become part of our Autonomous Vehicle Safety Driver contractor team. As a pivotal player in autonomous vehicle testing, you will contribute to the evolution of cutting-edge technology while ensuring adherence to the highest safety protocols. This position is ideal for individuals possessing exceptional driving abilities, a zeal for innovation, and the capacity to respond swiftly and safely in challenging driving conditions.

Available Shifts:
$25/hour
AM (6:00 AM–4:30 PM)
PM (1:30 PM-12:00 AM)

Available Schedules:
Thursday – Sunday (4x10)
Saturday – Tuesday (4x10)
Sunday – Wednesday (4x10)

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely and lawfully operate autonomous vehicles to gather essential data on system performance and environmental conditions.
  • Professionally interact with riders, engineers, and company operations leaders to provide valuable feedback and insights.
  • Monitor vehicle performance and conduct in-field testing to guarantee operational safety.
  • Conduct daily preparation of vehicles for in-field operations, including safety checks and system readiness.
  • Submit detailed reports to facilitate system enhancements and operational improvements.
  • Remain vigilant and prepared for the actions of other drivers and pedestrians, as well as unexpected events.
  • Stay alert and distraction-free while operating vehicles.
