Position: AV Event Technician (m/f/d)
Contract Type: Full-time, 6-month contract
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Frankfurt, Germany (no travel required)
Join Yorktel-Kinly as an AV Event Technician, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional technical support for local, virtual, and hybrid events. Your expertise will help ensure seamless operations for a range of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale productions in multiple languages.
We seek a candidate with a confident grasp of audio and video technologies, translation and conference equipment, coupled with an understanding of network technology. Familiarity with webcasting and video conferencing tools such as Zoom, MS Teams, and Cisco codecs is advantageous but not mandatory.
A completed qualification as an event technology specialist or a similar training is required to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup and operation of infrastructure, equipment, and applications in event and meeting spaces.
- Collaborate globally with other locations for event execution.
- Engage with cross-departmental teams in technical and event management.
- Maintain a composed and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
- Care for and maintain all provided technology.
- Implement customer requests during event setup and execution.
- Work closely with external suppliers and event service providers.
