Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:Proven experience with dialer technology and managing lead campaigns in an outbound contact center. Strong understanding of communication technologies, encompassing both hardware and software, to meet business needs. Experience in mentoring colleagues on dialer best practices. Additional Qualifications:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively. Familiarity with Avaya and/or Genesys Outbound Dialing Platforms is advantageous. Proficiency in Pearl Scripting, SQL, and Linux Administration, along with contact center analysis expertise is preferred. High-level analytical, strategic planning, and organizational skills. Able to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

We are looking for a skilled Avaya Dialer Administrator to enhance the operational efficiency of our dialer functionalities. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with business leaders to implement effective dialer campaigns that align with program objectives while ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying opportunities to maximize dialer functionalities that drive business success.
  • Implementing appropriate pacing strategies and logic to create campaigns with minimal abandonment rates and optimal connection rates.
  • Exploring blended techniques to enhance contact and service for our student base.
  • Preparing call lists ensuring compliance with federal and state do-not-call regulations.
  • Utilizing workflow and business system functionalities to drive improvements and advocate for innovative processes to automate operations.
  • Documenting and maintaining knowledge articles related to campaigns and best practices.
  • Performing additional duties as needed.
