ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, documenting, testing, and troubleshooting electronic assemblies from the circuit board level to integrated electro-mechanical systems. You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of electrical, mechanical, software, manufacturing, and test engineers, serving as the hardware expert. Your efforts will involve enhancing hardware through benchtop, environmental, and in-flight testing, as well as conducting root-cause investigations to assess, document, and correct anomalous behaviors in a safety-critical environment. Basic Success CriteriaBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related fieldProven track record of successfully completing projects and deliverablesHands-on experience with ECAD tools such as AltiumStrong teamwork capabilities complemented by effective written and verbal communication skillsMethodical approach to diagnosing, documenting, and resolving electronic hardware issuesPreferred CriteriaExperience throughout the entire electronics product lifecycle, from conceptual design through to productionHands-on expertise in analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design, testing, and debuggingExperience in designing electronics that meet stringent environmental standards

In your role as an Avionics Hardware Engineer, you will lead the development of electrical components and subsystems across our airborne and testing platforms, working from circuit-board levels through to integrated systems.
