Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble vehicle and ground wire harnesses, along with electromechanical assemblies. Test harnesses using standard methods such as continuity and hi-pot testing. Install components onto flight vehicles and test stands. Conduct functional tests of assemblies using custom test equipment. Monitor inventory levels of components. Program and operate automated wire stripping, crimping, and torquing machinery. Required QualificationsMinimum of 1 year of experience in aerospace, automotive, medical, or similar environments. Ability to interpret and implement work instructions effectively. Exceptional attention to detail. Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with configuration-controlled drawings, specifications, and as-built configurations. Comfort with tools and processes associated with aerospace-grade wiring harnesses, including both hand and automated harnessing tools. Experience with soldering and/or PCBA rework.
