Who You’ll Collaborate WithAs an integral member of the Arista Sales team, you will embody the Arista brand to our customers and serve as their internal advocate for addressing critical challenges. In this capacity, you will align Arista’s technical capabilities to meet your customers’ business objectives. You will partner with some of the industry's most talented Customer Engineers, as well as our Professional Services and Executive teams, to ensure effective execution on behalf of your clients. Our sales culture emphasizes collective success, encouraging collaboration with like-minded sales professionals. This role generally reports to a Regional Sales Manager or Area VP of Sales.Your RoleThe Account Manager (AM) will spearhead sales growth and maintain relationships with major enterprise clients in the Delhi NCR region. Key sectors include IT/ITeS, Cloud Service Providers (CSP), BFSI, Healthcare, and Manufacturing. The AM will showcase Arista's extensive suite of networking solutions, demonstrating outstanding customer dedication while overseeing all facets of the sales process, from account planning and lead qualification through negotiation and deal closure. This is a quota-carrying position and a vital part of Arista's sales force.Core Responsibilities:Account Management & Planning:Develop and implement effective account strategies to achieve sales goals, emphasizing customer priorities, industry dynamics, and Arista’s distinctive value proposition.Gain comprehensive insight into assigned accounts, including business strategies, key stakeholders, and decision-making processes.Sales Execution:Consistently meet and surpass assigned sales quotas through targeted prospecting, qualification, and closure of deals.Promote the adoption of Arista’s cutting-edge networking solutions across IT/ITeS, CSP, BFSI, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors.Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, ensuring precise forecasting and reporting through CRM tools.Customer Success:Develop a profound understanding of clients’ business challenges and establish Arista as a dependable partner for their networking requirements.Broaden Arista’s presence within existing accounts by nurturing robust client relationships and identifying cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.Collaboration & Team Leadership:Lead and coordinate a diverse account team, which includes Systems Engineers, Business Development Representatives, Inside Sales Support, and Partner Teams.Collaborate with channel partners to enhance account coverage and propel joint sales initiatives.Market Knowledge & Strategy:Remain informed about market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry developments to craft effective sales strategies.
