Key Responsibilities:Your responsibilities may vary based on project and team focus, but will include:Security Leadership & Strategy: Develop and maintain a security vision for your Customer Team, contributing to the overarching security strategy of Schuberg Philis. Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate security and risk concerns, enabling clients to make informed risk acceptance decisions. Security Implementation: Ensure all security implementations comply with established policies, services, and requirements. Compliance & Auditing: Lead annual audits, manage compliance needs, and uphold security baselines according to agreed-upon policies. Vulnerability Management: Analyze and address findings from security tools, manage vulnerability tickets, and coordinate patching schedules. Security Tooling: Manage and enhance security tools, including AWS Security Hub. Incident Response: Act as the team liaison during security incidents and be the primary point of contact. Customer Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to client security, risk, and compliance teams. Team Development: Mentor peers in security practices and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
