We are seeking a highly driven professional with a strong commercial mindset and a focus on results and revenue generation to engage in the distribution of Fixed Income products with the B2B network.
This role demands intensity, autonomy, strategic vision, and execution capability. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with strategic partners, leading commercial processes, and transforming market opportunities into revenue.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Engaging in the distribution of Fixed Income products (Primary Offers, Private Credit Secondary, Banking, and Public Securities) within the B2B network.
- Developing and expanding a portfolio of strategic partners (MFOs, Consultancies, and Investment Advisory).
- Structuring and executing commercial strategies in collaboration with the trading desk, research, and related areas.
- Identifying market trends and opportunities, turning intelligence into actionable commercial strategies.
- Managing the commercial pipeline and achieving revenue targets.
- Ensuring operational efficiency and quality in reporting results and the position of the trading desk.
- Operating with a high level of autonomy, ownership, and direct responsibility for performance.
