Creating exceptional digital products is a challenging endeavor, especially when it spans multiple countries, platforms, and teams. This is the precise challenge we are addressing.
We are in search of an engineering-focused professional who is eager to operate at the nexus of product development, engineering, and comprehensive delivery. Your mission will be to transform robust platforms into effective B2B solutions that function seamlessly from start to finish.
In our terminology, B2B (Business-to-Business) pertains to digital solutions utilized by business clients, ranging from small enterprises to large corporations, for procuring, managing, and operating telecom and IT services.
Our B2B digital vision is centered on leveraging existing, proven B2C platforms (such as digital stores and self-service applications).
This role encompasses:
- Tailoring business processes, customer journeys, and user experiences to accommodate B2B requirements.
- Developing and enhancing the engineering frameworks that support these solutions.
- Facilitating integration with local country (NatCo) systems through APIs, integration layers, and shared services.
This position aims to bridge these domains.
You will collaborate with business-oriented product teams, engineering delivery squads, and local country IT divisions to craft clear, feasible, and realistic end-to-end delivery plans and assist in actualizing those plans.
This is not a management position. Influence will stem from technical expertise, credibility, and the capability to harmonize diverse stakeholders around a unified objective.
This role is based in Deutsche Telekom’s European headquarters and operates across nine European subsidiaries (NatCo’s). The primary location is Hungary, with flexible and remote-first work arrangements. Occasional travel across Europe may be necessary for critical delivery milestones, but it is not a regular expectation.
