hibu is hiring a B2B Outside Sales Representative in Vancouver, Washington. This role combines in-person client engagement with the flexibility of a hybrid schedule, offering a mix of home office work and time in the field.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of $51,000, plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses
- First-year on-target earnings: $100,000–$110,000; second-year potential: $110,000–$130,000

What You Will Do
- Sell digital marketing solutions to local businesses using a partnership approach. Products include websites, search ads, display ads, reputation management, social ads, and SEO.
- Prospect and cold call business owners in your territory to set appointments and assess their needs
- Build and manage a personal client book, supporting small business growth and earning residual commissions through ongoing account management
