Compensation

  • Year 1 On-Target Earnings: $85,000 - $100,000
  • Year 2 On-Target Earnings: $90,000 - $110,000+

Compensation includes a base salary, uncapped commission, and monthly bonus opportunities. There is no earnings ceiling, and successful representatives can build a portfolio that generates residual commissions each month.

What you will do

  • Prospect daily in person throughout your assigned territory.
  • Engage in cold calling, door-to-door outreach, and pipeline development with small business owners.
  • Lead needs-based consultations to identify business challenges.
  • Present and sell digital marketing solutions, including:
    • Websites
    • SEM / PPC
    • SEO
    • Social Media Advertising
    • Display Advertising
    • Reviews & Reputation Management
  • Deliver both virtual and in-person presentations to secure new business.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, providing ongoing account support.
  • Track activities and manage your pipeline using CRM tools.
