Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a motivated B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a successful track record in technology and SaaS sales. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in fast-paced, rapidly growing environments and possess a solid background in selling intricate B2B solutions to high-level decision-makers.
As an SDR, you will be instrumental in generating leads for a tech-centric business, concentrating on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and scheduling valuable meetings for Account Executives. Achieving success in this role demands confidence in cold outreach, a deep understanding of SaaS value propositions, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn targeting B2B tech and SaaS decision-makers.
- Make between 80-120+ calls daily, connecting with founders, directors, and C-level executives.
- Identify and qualify prospects based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and specific SaaS pain points.
- Arrange product demonstrations and discovery meetings for Account Executives.
- Articulate technical and SaaS value propositions in a clear and compelling manner.
- Maintain thorough records of all sales activities in CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Continuously refine and enhance outreach messaging to boost conversion rates in competitive SaaS arenas.
- Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to synchronize campaigns, targeting strategies, and pipeline management.
- Consistently meet or surpass KPIs, including call volume, meetings scheduled, and contribution to the sales pipeline.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or digital services.
- Demonstrated success in high-volume outbound sales (80+ calls per day) in a B2B context.
- Strong skills in cold calling, overcoming objections, and securing meetings within complex sales cycles.
- Experience in selling or supporting SaaS products, software solutions, or technical services.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication abilities, capable of simplifying technical concepts for business audiences.
- Robust understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead qualification frameworks.
