We are looking for candidates with:A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a B2B sales environment (desk-based or telesales). Preferred experience or understanding of Telematics or SaaS-based solutions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close sales. Experience in meeting individual KPIs and achieving team-based sales targets. Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite. A self-motivated, energetic demeanor and a collaborative team spirit. A genuine passion for technology and a knack for problem-solving in a dynamic sales landscape.

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Executive, where you will be instrumental in propelling our expansion across North America. Your primary goal will be to identify, engage, and convert new B2B customers by selling our comprehensive suite of Telematics solutions, which includes GPS Tracking, Asset Tracking, Vision Systems, and IoT-enabled features.

In this fast-paced sales environment, you will utilize your sales expertise and telecommunication experience to connect with decision-makers, nurture both inbound and outbound leads, and successfully close deals that contribute to our ambitious growth objectives.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Actively seeking out new business opportunities through phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Maintaining a robust sales pipeline from initial contact to closing.
  • Converting inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns.
  • Identifying cross-selling opportunities across our Telematics product range.
  • Ensuring a top-tier customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Facilitating the onboarding of new customers, aligning expectations and outcomes.
  • Accurately tracking records in Salesforce CRM.
  • Monitoring your performance metrics including call volumes, lead conversion rates, and revenue targets.
  • Providing insights to the sales team based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Working with internal departments to guarantee customer satisfaction post-sale.
  • Engaging in continuous learning and development initiatives.
  • Contributing innovative ideas for sales improvement within the team.
