Your primary goal will be to identify, engage, and convert new B2B customers by selling our comprehensive suite of Telematics solutions, which includes GPS Tracking, Asset Tracking, Vision Systems, and IoT-enabled features.
In this fast-paced sales environment, you will utilize your sales expertise and telecommunication experience to connect with decision-makers, nurture both inbound and outbound leads, and successfully close deals that contribute to our ambitious growth objectives.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Actively seeking out new business opportunities through phone, email, and digital channels.
- Maintaining a robust sales pipeline from initial contact to closing.
- Converting inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns.
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities across our Telematics product range.
- Ensuring a top-tier customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Facilitating the onboarding of new customers, aligning expectations and outcomes.
- Accurately tracking records in Salesforce CRM.
- Monitoring your performance metrics including call volumes, lead conversion rates, and revenue targets.
- Providing insights to the sales team based on customer feedback and market trends.
