Join Our Dynamic Sales Team at City Wide Facility Solutions!
We are on the lookout for a driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Executive who excels at building relationships and closing deals. If you have a knack for aggressive prospecting, confidence in your selling abilities, and a keen understanding of client needs, we want to hear from you!
In this role, you will spearhead new business initiatives within a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment. You will oversee the entire sales cycle, from identifying leads to closing sales. Collaborating closely with our operations and sales teams, you will cultivate and maintain profitable partnerships with clients.
This position offers a competitive base salary along with uncapped commissions!
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients.
- Manage the sales cycle, including scheduling appointments, understanding client needs, crafting proposals, and delivering presentations.
- Secure new clients by addressing objections and developing compelling proposals.
- Consistently build your prospect pipeline, meeting daily metrics and driving business success.
- Utilize and maintain our CRM system to log and track all customer interactions.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Other duties may be assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside B2B sales.
- Proven success in B2B sales.
- Project or construction management experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to navigate clients through the sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Experience with short sales cycles and a robust closing ability.
- Proficient in CRM software.
- Previous sales training is preferred.
- Outgoing and dynamic personality.
- Exceptional communication skills suitable for presentations and one-on-one meetings.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook.
