What We Expect From You:A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales. While not mandatory, established connections within the relevant industry can accelerate your ability to generate interest in our exceptional products. Proficient cold calling skills, capable of generating a robust sales pipeline and proactively seeking new clients. Experience in delivering compelling business presentations and leading client meetings. Proven track record of meeting KPIs and deadlines, with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously. Background in telecommunications, IoT, or hardware sales is advantageous. A bachelor’s degree or higher in a field related to commerce or business is preferred. Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and comprehension) at least at a B2 level. A consultative sales approach, with the ability to understand client needs and demonstrate how our solutions can address their challenges.

Join our dynamic South America Sales team as a proactive B2B Sales Representative based in Lima, Peru. In this pivotal role, you will be an integral member of our Networks Sales team, specializing in the sale of innovative Networking products, including but not limited to industrial routers, gateways, and ethernet solutions.

Our networking solutions business unit is dedicated to creating and producing industrial and enterprise-grade connectivity equipment, primarily focusing on routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our devices cater to clients engaged in complex sectors such as Industry 4.0, Smart City initiatives, and Green Energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research, generate leads, and cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Engage new potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking.
  • Schedule and lead presentation meetings, showcasing our innovative solutions.
  • Develop commercial proposals and manage contracts to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients through regular communication and site visits.
  • Represent Teltonika at exhibitions and meetings abroad, effectively promoting our products and solutions.
  • Utilize our in-house CRM system to meticulously log accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities.
