B2B Telesales Executive

Join an innovative leader in the telecommunications sector! Immediate Response Recruitment is excited to partner with a renowned company located in Birmingham, seeking to expand its dynamic telesales team. This is a remarkable opportunity to represent a market leader while enjoying a competitive salary and commission structure, alongside a supportive work environment.

The role offers a basic salary of £21,000 with uncapped commission potential, enabling on-target earnings of £31,000, with many team members exceeding £40,000 yearly.

Work hours are Monday to Friday, with options of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The friendly team culture emphasizes success through collaboration, featuring incentives such as 'Star of the Day', weekly competitions, and team outings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with existing clients to promote enhanced services.
  • Upsell additional business areas.
  • Schedule appointments for the field sales team to finalize sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction with current packages and encourage additional product offerings.
  • Utilize Salesforce to accurately capture customer information.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Handle inbound calls from current and potential customers regarding services and products.
  • Collaborate with senior management to strategize on converting new large clients.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in outbound sales is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to overcome objections and work collaboratively to meet targets.
  • Resilience and self-motivation are critical.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently achieve sales goals.
  • Highly driven and results-oriented.

Successful candidates will go through a two-stage interview process with immediate start dates available.

Interview Process:

  • Stage 1: Shadowing sessions to gain insights into the role, followed by psychometric, numeracy, and literature assessments. Conclude with a brief discussion about previous experiences.
  • Stage 2: An in-depth competency-based interview focusing on prior sales experiences.

We are looking to fill positions starting on May 13, 2019, with interviews scheduled over the coming weeks.
