We are currently seeking a Backend Developer to join our Customer Data Platform product team!

What You Will Do

Our goal is to build the ultimate Global AI-Powered Customer Engagement Platform that allows businesses to connect with their customers, automate workflows, and manage every interaction through one reliable, user-friendly interface. This is our vision for 2026.

In your first year, you will:

  • Take ownership of a crucial component within CM.com’s product ecosystem. The Customer Data Platform (CDP) is essential for managing customer data, allowing clients to effectively store, structure, and utilize their data. It underpins key CM.com solutions such as marketing software, customer service tools, and AI platforms like HALO, making it vital for many high-profile clients. Your contributions will significantly influence how businesses harness data to craft personalized, data-driven experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Designing and implementing new features.

    • Building and optimizing data pipelines for complex customer data.

    • Ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance.

  • Collaborate closely with a cross-functional Scrum team comprising five developers, a Product Owner, and a UX Designer, where you will have impactful participation in...
