Wealthfront engineers operate as builder/operators, taking full responsibility for both the development and operational maintenance of our systems, with an emphasis on automating any repetitive tasks.
We prioritize automation in our development processes; for instance, all testing is automated , manual testing is not part of our software lifecycle. Additionally, we ensure observability in case of failures, with systems that notify engineers about issues, allowing us to maintain healthy operations.
