Your expertise in Software as a Service (SaaS), on-premise software, networking, installation, and configuration will empower you to support impactful Proof of Concepts (PoCs) as we work towards our mission of Protecting Life and Accelerating Justice. As a part of the Axon EMEA Sales Engineering Team, you will support sales initiatives by articulating the value of and facilitating the deployment of evidence capture devices and digital evidence management solutions, both SaaS and on-premise, to Public Safety Agencies across Southern Europe. This role entails direct customer engagement, carrying quotas, and influencing product enhancements while deploying Axon’s products and solutions.Location: Rome, ItalyReports to: Sr Manager, Sales Engineering EUDirect Reports: 0Assist in the technical and value-driven aspects of the sales process, including compelling technical presentations, architecture design discussions, competitive analysis, proof-of-concept engagements, leading RFP/RFI responses, solution demonstrations, and technical workshops with customers and partners.Ensure the seamless transition of sales opportunities into successful delivery by our Professional Services and Partner network.Continuously research, network, and innovate to become the go-to resource for future solution opportunities, product roadmap development, and thought leadership in the region.Present and advocate for Axon’s technical and business value propositions at industry events.Develop comprehensive technical knowledge of Axon and domain expertise within relevant technology areas.Document customer feature requests and issues, providing valuable feedback to sales and product teams.
