The Knowledge Assist (KA) team is seeking a Backend Software Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role emphasizes backend development, but familiarity with full stack development is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities:Develop scalable, reliable backend services that support real-time AI assistance and knowledge search functionalities. Design and implement APIs and data flows to integrate seamlessly with various knowledge bases and customer systems. Work across the stack as needed, including backend, frontend, and infrastructure components. Collaborate effectively with product managers, machine learning engineers, and fellow developers. Own projects from conception to deployment and maintenance in production. Engage in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and initiatives for continuous improvement.
