Introducing Local Business
Our Local Business team is dedicated to creating services that connect local shop owners with their neighbors. We provide touchpoints for Daangn users to discover local store information more effectively while equipping shop owners with tools to engage with local customers.
The Order Experience team helps neighbors utilize local stores more conveniently and reasonably. Through our pickup (takeout orders) and QR order (table orders) products, we connect offline stores to the online world, offering neighbors savings and convenience while ensuring store owners gain loyal customers and increased sales.
We are not just creating a simple ordering system; we are implementing the 'warmest transaction experience in our neighborhood' through technology. This process fosters a sustainable local ecosystem that energizes stores, neighbors, and the community at large.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and operate the core backend systems for Daangn's QR order and pickup products.
Handle various domains such as business profiles, orders, payments, menus, and points, generating suitable outputs for product stages and evolving them into sustainable systems.
Ensure stable integration with POS, PG, and external systems.
Collaborate closely with product planning, design, frontend, and business development teams to enhance product quality.
Ideal Candidate
Experience in designing and operating services based on Kotlin, Java, and the Spring Framework.
Solid foundation in RESTful API design, DB modeling, and cache/transaction management.
Proactive, effective communicator, with the ability to execute quickly.
Ability to understand business objectives and connect technical decisions with product impact.
A passion for receiving and providing feedback to foster mutual growth with colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to define problems and execute solutions swiftly, even in uncertain environments.
Experience operating real services in F&B, O2O, or payment/order systems.
A desire to grow with a product in its early stages while contributing to technical foundations and organizational culture.
Strong understanding of distributed processing systems or microservices architecture.
Interest in the local commerce ecosystem.
Additional Information
For full-time positions, there is a 3-month probation period.
