Position Overview: Backend Software Engineer
Join our Platform team as a Software Engineer, where you will design and develop services that autonomously manage satellites, monitor telemetry for anomalies, and provide real-time situational awareness, ensuring the safety and operational status of our fleet. You will also be responsible for building the core components and services that empower our entire software organization, enabling accelerated and reliable workflows across various teams.
Your contributions will play a pivotal role in both our commercial and U. S. government initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-performance, reliable, mission-critical software to send commands to space.
- Own features end-to-end, collaborating with backend and infrastructure teams.
- Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to define software requirements, architectures, and designs.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and advocate for innovations to enhance our systems.
- Mentor and support teammates, sharing knowledge to elevate our technical standards.
