About the job
Join Hadrian in Shaping the Future of Manufacturing
At Hadrian, we are on a mission to revolutionize the aerospace and defense manufacturing landscape through our state-of-the-art autonomous factories. Our innovative approach enables companies to manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships at speeds up to 10 times faster and at costs reduced by half. By integrating cutting-edge software, robotics, and comprehensive manufacturing solutions, we are redefining the production of America's most essential components.
Recently, we secured a $260 million Series C funding to expedite our vision. We are thrilled to open a new state-of-the-art Factory in Mesa, Arizona—a sprawling 270,000 square foot facility that will create 350 immediate job opportunities. Furthermore, we are establishing a new headquarters to accommodate thousands of hires in the future, launching Hadrian Maritime to support naval production, and introducing our Factory-as-a-Service model for delivering holistic systems instead of mere parts.
We collaborate with startups, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, and major defense contractors across industries such as space, shipbuilding, and aviation to enhance production, drive down costs, and expedite delivery of mission-critical initiatives. Backed by prominent investors like Lux Capital, Founders Fund, and Andreessen Horowitz, our rapidly expanding team is united by a singular goal: to modernize American manufacturing for the 21st century and beyond!
