Key Responsibilities:Manage GDPR Data Subject Rights requests with precision and within deadlines. Investigate and resolve issues, liaising with internal teams and external partners. Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements. Assist in the onboarding and training of external partners, providing ongoing support. Participate in cross-functional projects focused on privacy and compliance. Share insights and contribute to team knowledge-building efforts. What You Bring:Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking operations or a related legal/regulatory role. Understanding of GDPR principles or experience with privacy-related inquiries. A degree in business, finance, law, or a related field. Experience collaborating with legal professionals (lawyers, courts) is advantageous. Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken); proficiency in French, Spanish, or Italian is a bonus. Familiarity with Google Workspace; knowledge of Salesforce, Jira, or Confluence is preferred. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently.

Join Our Team as a Banking Operations Analyst (GDPR)

At N26, we are pioneering a new Data Privacy Operations division within our Banking Operations team. We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Operations Analyst with a strong command of German to help manage GDPR Data Subject Rights requests, encompassing access, correction, deletion, restriction, objections, and automated decision-making.

Your role is crucial in fostering transparency and trust with our customers while safeguarding N26 from potential legal and regulatory challenges. You will work collaboratively with teams across Legal, Complaints Management & Prevention, Anti-Financial Crime, KYC, and partner with external stakeholders.
