- Foster a lively and inviting atmosphere where guests can relax and enjoy their time.
- Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with established recipes and service standards.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all bar products and cocktail recipes.
- Create a diverse range of drinks, from refreshing soft drinks to exquisite seasonal cocktails.
- Understand the nuances of each beverage item and ensure appropriate garnishing for every cocktail.
- Adhere to standard opening and closing procedures for the bar while managing beverage stock efficiently.
- Monitor supplies, minimizing spoilage and waste.
- Master your craft and become familiar with our systems.
- Prepare mise-en-place and fulfill side duties as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a tidy and efficient service environment, both at the bar and for table service.
