The Beamline Profiling Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and operating equipment to precisely cut, shape, and form metal components according to specifications. This role emphasizes quality and accuracy, requiring proficiency in reading blueprints, monitoring machinery, conducting quality inspections with measurement instruments, and maintaining compliance with safety standards in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
Main Responsibilities:
Conduct operation, adjustment, calibration, and maintenance of Beamline and rolling line machinery.
Provide operational data guidance to the PC.
Operate various metalworking and forming machines.
Handle equipment and manage material logistics.
Utilize hand and mechanized tools effectively for assembly and product packaging.
Maintain and document necessary records.
Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment.
Conduct inventory checks as needed.
Perform cleaning duties using both manual and mechanized methods.
If authorized, undertake welding tasks.
Additional Activities:
Oversee trolley operations and material handling.
Engage in auxiliary tasks as directed by supervisors to support operational goals.
Ensure compliance with work and technological procedures and principles regarding proper handling of materials, products, and equipment.
Maintain an organized and clean workspace, adhere to principles of metrological care, and manage documentation accurately.
Uphold safety standards and energy efficiency protocols within the workplace.
