As a Beamline Profiling Technician, you will be responsible for setting up and operating specialized equipment to cut, form, and shape metal components with a strong emphasis on quality and precision. Your role will involve interpreting blueprints, monitoring machinery, conducting quality assessments using measuring tools, and ensuring compliance with safety standards in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Operate, adjust, calibrate, and maintain machinery on the Beamline and rolling lines.
- Input data and manage operations via PC interfaces.
- Run metalworking and forming machines effectively.
- Handle materials and equipment with care.
- Utilize both manual and mechanized tools for tasks.
- Assemble products and package them for delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation and perform inventory checks.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Keep work areas clean using both manual and mechanized cleaning methods.
- Conduct welding tasks, if certified to do so.
Additional Duties:
- Operate and manage trolley systems.
- Flexibly respond to tasks as directed by supervisors.
- Adhere to workplace safety and technology protocols.
- Ensure the proper handling of materials and documentation.
- Maintain compliance with Integrated Management System principles and Occupational Health and Safety standards.
