Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field preferred. Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is a plus. Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to caregiving. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.

- Carry out individualized behavior plans to support children and their families
- Work under the supervision of a BCBA to help clients develop important skills
- Assist with tracking client progress and supporting ongoing care
