In this rewarding role, you will work closely with children, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Utilizing evidence-based strategies, you will teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills while effectively reducing challenging behaviors. We seek individuals who are dedicated to helping children with autism achieve their fullest potential, demonstrating patience, compassion, and teamwork.

No prior experience is necessary! We provide comprehensive training to ensure you feel confident and ready to assist each child. As the nature of our work can be dynamic, you should be comfortable with physical activities such as standing, walking, kneeling, and lifting, including carrying weights up to 50 pounds.
