To thrive in this role, you should: Be passionate about supporting children with autism. Demonstrate patience and compassion with a strong capacity for teamwork. Be at least 18 years old. Possess a high school diploma or GED. Be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification, as well as a Tuberculosis test if not conducted within the last year. Pass a pre-employment background check. Be physically capable of performing various movements including bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

In this rewarding role, you will work closely with children on an individual basis, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your responsibilities will include utilizing evidence-based techniques to teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills while helping to mitigate challenging behaviors. We seek passionate individuals ready to support children in achieving their maximum potential.

Successful candidates will exhibit patience, compassion, and a collaborative spirit. Even if you lack prior experience, we provide thorough training to prepare you for this impactful work.
