Qualifications

Deeply passionate about supporting children with autism. Possess patience, compassion, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification, along with a Tuberculosis test (if not conducted in the last year). Must pass a pre-employment background check. Physical ability to assume various positions (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.). Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

We provide thorough training to equip you with the necessary skills, even if you lack prior experience. This role requires physical stamina, as you will engage in activities that involve standing, walking, sitting, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting, and occasionally carrying children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
