Qualifications

To be considered for the Behavior Technician position, you must meet the following qualifications: Genuine passion for aiding children with autism. Demonstrated patience and compassion. Able to collaborate effectively within a team. Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED required. Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications, as well as a Tuberculosis test if not completed within the past year. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check. Physical capability to perform various positions (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.). Able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Registered Behavior Technician Certification is required within 45 days of completing onboarding.
