In this rewarding position, you will engage with children on a one-on-one basis, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans guided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your role will involve utilizing evidence-based strategies to enhance communication, social skills, and daily living abilities while minimizing challenging behaviors. We seek individuals who are not only passionate about supporting children with autism but also possess patience, compassion, and strong teamwork skills.
Comprehensive training will be provided, ensuring you are fully equipped to make a significant impact, even if you currently lack experience. This role requires physical activity, as you will be actively involved with clients, requiring you to be comfortable with standing, walking, and lifting children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
